On the ground floor a separate entrance, toilet, living room with lounge, sitting area and sofa bed (160 cm) and kitchen with kitchen island and dining area for 8 people. Access to the terrace and garden from the living room.

Upstairs a toilet, bathroom with bath and shower cabin and 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 : 2 single beds (90 cm wide)
- Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed (140 cm wide)
- Bedroom 3 : 1 double bed (180 cm wide) and 1 single bed (90 cm)
